Barbara is the owner and the creative force behind our company. As a very formidable talent, who thrives in the business of appreciation, she understands the importance of every employee, and how appreciating them can boost the morale of any group.

Barbara started her career as a part-timer in a high-end jewelry store where she discovered her natural gift of creativity. Her resourcefulness and instinct, along with her acquired skills, helped her acquire a position in the gifts and awards division.

By working in the reward division, Barbara learned how to incorporate her abilities with the latest trends, which then made her projects more valued and successful.

When serving her clients, Barbara always goes the extra mile to help them find the perfect gift, award or venue.
